It is essential to provide the following with your booking:
Most frequently used email address- Mobile phone number
Confirmation of your booking will be sent out within
one day of your booking. You will be alerted of any cancellations or changes via mobile phone (call or text).
If you haven’t received a confirmation email within one day:
- Check your Spam Folder - your email server may have accidentally marked the email as spam and removed it from your inbox
- Email support@clothed.com.au
If you believe you have provided incorrect details in your booking, email support@clothed.com.au
You may be ineligible for a refund if you miss a class due to the following reasons:
- Not checking your email or phone notices
- Providing incorrect details in your booking

Demographics
Clothed caters to all demographics, starting from mid-teens (age 14 onwards).
Refer to the tour description to confirm if a tour caters to plus size.
Please do not hesitate to contact Clothed on 1300 95 99 95 with any inquiries about tours that would suit you.

Age Guidelines
Minors
above the ages of 14 or 15 may attend unsupervised.
Minors
below the age of 14 should be accompanied by a paying adult.
Children
below the age of 7 do not require a ticket.

Payment Policy
Clothed accepts payments in the following forms:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Paypal
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
Payments made through Paypal and EFT must be done
in advance.
Group bookings payments must be completed at least one week in advance.

Refunds or Rescheduling
Clothed requires the following notice:
- Minimum five days for refunds
- Minimum three days for rescheduling
Call Clothed on 1300 95 99 95 during business hours (9AM - 5PM AEST) to organise your refund or to reschedule.

Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, or an emergency that requires a tour to be cancelled or rescheduled, participants will be notified
by the host.
This will be done via the mobile number provided in your booking.
